About this website
The site describes our studio, our services and our work. It is provided for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a quotation or a binding commitment.
Quotes and projects
Estimates, proposals and project terms are provided separately, in writing. Every commission is governed by its own written agreement, which takes priority over these terms. Prices, lead times, specifications and certifications depend on each project and are confirmed only in that agreement.
Renderings, prototypes and descriptions
Many images on the site are design renderings or concepts, and the pieces shown from our studio are prototypes in development. Finished work can differ in colour, finish, size and detail from what is shown. Materials, specifications and certifications described on the site apply only once they are confirmed for a specific project.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including its text, photographs, renderings, drawings and designs, the Lūmm name and our mark, belong to Lūmm Inc. or are used with the permission of their owners, such as our clients and the interior designers credited on project pages.
You may view the site and share links to its pages. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell or manufacture our designs, drawings, images or other content without our written permission.
When you contact us
Please give accurate information when you contact us, and do not send anything unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share. Drawings, plans and files you send us remain yours. You allow us to use them to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Other websites
We link to other websites, such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is", and Lūmm is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
